Frequently Asked Questions

  • It's easy! Open the app, head to the ‘Book’ tab, select your studio, select the age group for you or your child's lesson, choose an available time, and tap ‘Confirm’. Done!

    1. Login to the Coach Music Academy App.

    2. Navigate to ‘Profile’ to view all your upcoming lessons.

    3. Click ‘Cancel’ on the lesson that you would like to reschedule, and then click ‘Cancel Booking’.

    4. Done! The lesson has now been cancelled and you can rebook the lesson at a time that suits you.

  • We are a very heavily booked studio. There are cancellations every day, so please check your app regularly for possible make-up lesson options.

  • All lessons require 24 hours notice in order to be eligible for a makeup lesson.

    If you are trying to cancel a lesson within 24 hours the app will prompt you with a pop up alerting you the lesson cannot be cancelled.

    If 24 hours notice is NOT given the lesson will be forfeited.

    2. Use your Mindbody login details to login to the app.

  • All Mindbody accounts share a universal login (one email) which you use to access all businesses that use Mindbody. Your pilates, yoga, and gym login details are the same as your Coach Music login.

    If you forgot your password — read below.

    1. Go to: account.mindbodyonline.com

    2. Enter your email and ‘Continue’.

    3. You will see ‘Forgot your password?’

    4. Click ‘Reset it here’ and enter your email.

    5. A link will be sent to your email to reset your password.
